1) Arrange the shipment

Make sure the items are in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags attached and any accessories included (shoes must be returned in their original box).
You may use the original shipping box or another box that is equally sturdy.

2) Handover to the courier

Contact UPS to arrange a pick up date within 14 days from today. You can call the courier at the related number for your country that you can find on www.ups.com in the “Contact Us” section or request pick-up online from the UPS website.

Please request the shipping to be "UPS Standard".

We will send you an email with a link to a pre-paid UPS Return Label: remember to print it out before the courier comes to pick up the return.

Return shipping is free only if you use this label with UPS Standard service!

3) Return validation

Once we receive your return, we will check that all conditions have been met before accepting the items.
If everything is in order, you will receive an email confirming the return and the refund arrangement.
